Return and Refund Policy

Returns & Refunds

Polytech Plastics Manufacturing accepts eligible returns within 30 days.

• Products must be in their original, unused condition.

• An invoice is required for all returns.

• Special orders, custom colours, modified, custom-cut, or fabricated products are not eligible for refunds.

• A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply.

• Returns are not accepted after 30 days.

• Products used for purposes other than their intended use are not eligible for refunds.

Warranty & Defective Products

Returns involving potential warranty claims or defects in materials or workmanship must be approved by Polytech Plastics Manufacturing. Polytech will determine the most appropriate repair or replacement option.
