No returns without an invoice.
No special order items or items that have been modified or custom cut or fabricated may be refunded including customs colours.
20% restocking fee may be charged on refunds.

material or workmanship defect must be approved by Polytech and will be up to Polytech to provide the most appropriate repair or replacement option.SHIPPING & PICK UP
Orders placed before 12pm, will be shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 12pm will be shipped the next day.
Custom colours and speciality orders vary.
Preorders are shipped within 7 days.
Local customers, same day pick up is available if the order is placed before 12pm, orders will be available for pick up the following day.
