Refunds are made only on products in their orginial state.
No returns without an invoice.
No special order items or items that have been modified or custom cut or fabricated may be refunded including customs colours.
20% restocking fee may be charged on refunds.
No returns after 30 days
Any products used for other then intended usage for will not be refunded.
Any returns due to a potential warranty issues or
material or workmanship defect must be approved by Polytech and will be up to Polytech to provide the most appropriate repair or replacement option.
