Any products used for other than intended usage cannot be returned or exchanged

Any returns or exchanges due to potential warranty issues or material or workmanship defect must be approved by Polytech and will be up to Polytech to provide the most appropriate repair or replacement options

Orders placed before 12pm, will be shipped the same day. 

Orders placed after 12pm will be shipped the next day. 

Custom colours and speciality orders vary. 

Preorders are shipped within 7 days.

Local customers, same day pick up is available if the order is placed before 12pm, orders will be available for pick up the following day.
